The Workshop Series Dairysafe planned for 2020 has been postponed indefinitely due to COVID-19, however we’re setting up to deliver the workshops as webinars while social distancing restrictions are in force. The first webinar on shelf-life validation is scheduled for Thursday 7 May 2020.
Initially, three workshops will be offered as both live and recorded webinars:
- Shelf-life validation;
- Labelling, identification and traceability; and
- Pasteuriser operator.
Dairysafe will also consider the option of providing the milk cooling and EMCI workshop scheduled for October 2020 as a webinar.
