If you are operating in South Australia’s dairy industry
- in dairy farming for milk production in South Australia, whether with cows, sheep, camel, goats or buffalo
- the commercial processing of milk into products, whether it is the processing of milk for retail sale or further processing of milk in to products such as yoghurt, ice cream, etc
- transporting of raw milk products
You must hold accreditation under the Primary Produce (Dairy) Regulations
Prior to commencing business, you must be granted accreditation by Dairysafe.
