The University of Adelaidethanks all who completed the ‘Labelling conventions used by the Dairy Industry’ survey as part of Jia En Sit’s University of AdelaidePhD research project.
The survey explores current practices used by dairy manufacturers for labelling, storage communications, directions for use and date marking.
The survey has concluded, and the university is currently analysing the results. Those who completed the survey had the opportunity to enter a draw for one of five $100 gift cards.
Darren Curnow from Food South Australia conducted the draw, and the five winners were Kim Sparks (Udder Delights), Michelle Drader-Jones (Mexex), Tabitha Morgan (Golden North), Vanessa Gunawan (Gelista) and Victoria McClurg (Barossa Valley Cheese Company).
