Congratulations to Fleurieu Milk Company who scooped the pool at the 2024 South Australian Premier’s Food and Beverage Industry Awards, presented late last year by Food South Australia.
Fleurieu Milk won the Business Excellence Award, alongside their wins in the Business Improvement and Innovation Award categories. Food SA said their success set a new benchmark and reflected South Australia’s reputation for producing premium-quality food and beverages.
The Business Excellence Award is determined by the judges and awarded to an entrant from any category, who stands out across all stages of the assessment as exceptional and a benchmark for the food and beverage industry.
The Business Improvement Award recognises a business that has demonstrated measurable improvement with established systems in place to continue to develop and grow in the future.
The Innovation Award recognises a business that has demonstrated creativity and adaptability through the successful implementation of a business or food technology innovation, to add value and create a competitive market advantage.
Congratulations also to Brandon Reynolds from The Yoghurt Shop for being named the winner of the Next Generation Award. This award recognises an up-and-coming individual within the South Australian food and beverage industry, who has a commitment to excellence and who has already demonstrated evidence of leadership, vision and initiative, as well as a strong understanding of the industry and its future needs.
