The Australian Dairy Conference took place at the Gold Coast Conference & Exhibition Centre in Queensland from 12 to 14 February. With around 650 participants and over 60 trade sites, it was a record for the event.
During the conference, there were several interesting presentations. The session on innovation was particularly insightful, encouraging delegates to continue innovating to become more efficient and sustainable.
Session 3 – Industry Insights and Practical Solutions was a quick fire session that saw shorter snippets of information delivered by experts in their specialist areas, from human resources to carbon and surplus calf management.
