Dairysafe was proud to facilitate its first Food Safety & HACCP Awareness Training workshop in August, following the identification of recurring trends in audit corrective action data, particularly relating to HACCP implementation and food safety programs.
The training was developed to support industry capability and provide practical guidance in the principles that underpin effective food safety management.
The inaugural workshop attracted a full class of participants, demonstrating the dairy sector’s strong commitment to continuous improvement and food safety excellence.
