The Annual Return process enables Dairysafe to keep up-to-date accreditation records. It is a requirement of your accreditation to ensure that all information provided to Dairysafe is true and accurate.
Please ensure the Annual Return has been completed and submitted to Dairysafe by 31 July 2026. Completion of your Annual Return is mandatory.
The critical information to be checked/updated includes:
- Legal Name
- Trading Name
- ABN (please ensure the ABN is supplied)
- Address of accredited activity (farm/processing plant)
- Postal addresses
- The Food Safety contact (appropriate person to contact for audits)
- Production details – please provide the volumes and relevant information for the last 12 months and the upcoming 12-month period
Top tip
The Legal Entity Name recorded with Dairysafe as the Accredited Operator must match the name registered against the supplied ABN on the Australian Business Registry. If your business or farm name operates under a Trading Name that differs from the registered Legal Entity Name, this may be recoded separately as the Trading Name.
