Ensuring dairy products produced in SA are safe for consumption is an important job. The team behind Dairysafe is a group of skilled professionals who have considerable experience in their respective fields, and many decades of combined dairy industry experience behind them.

Dairysafe consists of three Members appointed by the Minister, one of whom is appointed as Chairperson. Its work is carried out by a small professional team of administrators and auditors.
