The dairy industry accreditation process kicks off this month and a requirement is the completion of your Annual Return.
The Annual Return document must be completed in full, signed and returned by no later than 30 September 2018. The completed Annual Return can be emailed to admin@dairy-safe.com.au or posted to Dairysafe 33 Hutt Street, Adelaide SA 5000. On receipt of the Annual Return, a tax invoice for 2018-19 fees will be issued.
Your annual Accreditation Certificate will be forwarded on receipt of your Annual Return and payment of the annual fee. Please note your accreditation number and include it in any correspondence throughout the year, as this is the main reference used when managing your file.
